About me
I started out building software — 15 years of client work shipping everything from healthcare portals to e-commerce platforms to content management systems. Then I took a job at a hospital. I built a patient portal and watched people struggle to use what I'd helped create. Forms they couldn't navigate. Information they couldn't reach. That was the moment I stopped treating accessibility as a feature and started treating it as the foundation.
Since then, I've built Walmart's accessibility program from the ground up, trained over 4,500 engineers, led disability community research through Fable, and directed a GenAI initiative that cut 40,000 accessibility violations down to 6,000 in 30 days. I currently design AI-powered accessibility platforms at Allyant. I hold IAAP CPWA certification (WAS + CPACC) and have served clients including Netflix, Nike, Disney, and Pinterest.
I'm equally comfortable in Figma and a codebase. Most of my career has been spent bridging the gap between the two.
